My name is Petra Duspivová and I would like to introduce to you a great innovation in fitness, exercise PortDeBras.
Movement is an integral part of my childhood life. Through various sports and athletics, I got to dance. I started classical dance, then dance scene and came to modern dance and tap dance. Lately the most devoted yoga. I became a professional instructor. Thanks to yoga I finally learned how to relax. Supervised sessions and client satisfaction is my greatest joy.
I like to try new things so I tied portdebras that I fell in love from the first hour . I even completed the course with the founder of this exercise Julia Papi.
PortDeBras is for me the perfect combination of dance and stretching. This exercise is based on classical and modern dance.
My classes are designed for the general public, you do not have previous dance training. Continuous sequence of movements to music to stretch shortened muscles, release and mobilize the spine and joints in the body, improve coordination and affects the fluidity of movement. The aim is mainly relaxation!
Dance is a means to understand their own body, interior and the surroundings.
